Imagine yourself in a meeting. Imagine that you have already pre-estabished that the meeting itself is likely to be unnecessary, or a "waste of time." Simply because of a lack of awareness, and old habits of thought, women can often fall into the trap of believing their own self talk: "I am not in charge, so what else can I do?" The implicit answer to that question gives birth to hopelessness or dissatisfaction.

The truth is, how you "show up" in your body, your emotions, and your language is the single-most powerful condition that gives rise to your satisfaction, or dissatisfaction in a particular situation. Discover ways to tap into your leadership potential and give rise to engagement, productivity and possibility in circumstances where you may have, in the past, felt captive, disempowered or uninspired. Get ready to "lean in to be a leader."
